Unison Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist, you will provide peer support services to clients during or post-crisis, serving as a mentor and guide to empower clients in their own recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assertive community treatment services to clients assigned to the Crisis Program in accordance with State mandates and established Agency and program policies, procedures, philosophy, and client individual service plan.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure release of information is handled in accordance with federal guidelines and agency policy/procedures.
- Participate in Crisis Team Meetings, supervision, in-service training, and conferences.
- Requires a two- or four-year degree in social work, psychology, LPN, or QHHS status required.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Must meet requirements and become a certified peer supporter within six months of hire.
- Eight paid holidays.
