Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in the Perrysburg, OH area. This direct hire position offers a range of excellent benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
The successful candidate will assist the Regulatory Affairs department in various research projects, regulatory submissions, and customer requests. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating state, federal, and international regulatory requirements to identify issues and develop proactive plans.
- Providing customer support and knowledge on regulatory requirements related to California Proposition 65, Volatile Organic Compounds, and other relevant regulations.
- Developing and maintaining expertise in specific product categories, including Consumer Cleaning Products, FDA Regulated Cosmetics, and EPA Disinfectant Products.
- Reviewing and approving labels for compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assisting with EPA disinfectant product registrations and renewals, as well as FDA OTC and Cosmetics product registrations.
- Authoring, reviewing, and distributing Safety Data Sheets for multiple countries and languages.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements include a 4-year college degree in a science-related field and 1-5 years of experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
