About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Houston Engineering, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating proposal development and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate proposal development, including research, writing, editing, and formatting.
  • Assist in creating customized graphics and charts to illustrate technical concepts.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure accurate and consistent content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, proposal, and/or technical writing is desired.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

  • Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $75,000.
