Job Summary:

OXIO is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounting systems, ensuring accurate records and comprehensive financial documentation. This role involves overseeing financial and accounting processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting tasks, financial and management reporting, and conduct in-depth financial analysis
* Oversee payroll processing cycles for OXIO's global team
* Develop and implement financial management strategies to drive business growth
* Analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with budgets
* Audit expenditures and reconcile accounts
* Monitor spending and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements:

* 6+ years of accounting experience, with a CPA or equivalent certification
* Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting
* Proficient in Excel (including Lookup, Index Matching, PIVOT tables), Google Sheets, and other Google Suite tools
* 3-5 years of supervisory experience, with a minimum of 1 year required
* In-depth knowledge of financial management, including statutory obligations and compliance requirements
