Assistant Store Director

The Assistant Store Manager at Startouch One Corp will lead a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The successful candidate will regularly exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store, focusing on supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing financial performance, and maintaining safety and security within the store.
Key Responsibilities- Set goals for the workgroup, develop organizational capability, and model how we work together.
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events, manage smooth transitions, and set a positive example for the store team.
- Train and hold partners accountable for delivering legendary customer service.
- Implement company programs by developing action plans and motivating the store team to meet operational objectives.
- Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks.
- Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to store partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals and continuously review the store environment and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Progressively responsible retail experience, including supervision and customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Analyzing financial reports and demonstrated experience at building community relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential and sensitive information.
$65,000 - $80,000 per year
