We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Apply ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis at the technical level, ensuring compliance with Federal MQSA, State, and Joint Commission standards.
- Produce and evaluate images and related data to aid physicians in rendering medical diagnoses.
- Perform related clerical tasks and coordinate exams, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in Mammography.
- Experience with MQSA standards.
