Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures using ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis
- Act in compliance with Federal MQSA, State, and Joint Commission standards
- Produce and evaluate images and related data to aid physicians in rendering medical diagnoses
- Assume responsibility for coordinating exams performed and related clerical tasks
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year experience in Mammography
- Experience with MQSA standards
