Business Office Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Business Office seeks an experienced administrative support specialist to play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including distributing bank statements, processing SNAP card transactions, and making bank deposits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including bank statements and transaction spreadsheets.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Office management team, including typing correspondence and maintaining files.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Business Office to drive growth and innovation.
- Record time worked and adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the Business Office.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of training and experience (2 years full-time office experience).
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the Business Office.
