We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management department, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to our vehicle fleet.
This includes:
- Vehicle Registration: Processing registrations, renewals, and title transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinating with service providers to ensure vehicles receive necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Data Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of fleet data, including fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle utilization.
- Cost Control: Monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Policy Enforcement: Communicating and enforcing company fleet policies to drivers.
- Vendor Management: Building relationships with external vendors, including repair shops and fuel providers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fleet management software are preferred.
