Job Title: BIM Specialist

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our building information modeling (BIM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop detailed 3D models of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient design and construction processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
  • Identify and resolve issues related to design and construction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM coordination, detailing, or modeling
  • Proficient in MEP Revit and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
