Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and alignment with the overall project goals. Regularly update senior management and other key stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing the performance, reliability, and scalability of automated systems. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor automation engineers within the Tiger Team, providing technical direction and professional development opportunities. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations to drive team success. Promote a results-oriented culture focused on innovation, efficiency, and achieving project milestones.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all automated systems comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks associated with new technologies. Promote a safety-first approach in all automation projects, ensuring that systems are designed with operator safety in mind.
