We are currently assisting a client with a Plant Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area. This role involves leading high-visibility manufacturing operations and creating a safe work environment while ensuring production and quality goals are met. The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead by example and drive continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to improve existing operations and ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to enhance all areas of plant operations
  • Regularly assess product specifications and costs, including labor and overhead
  • Continually challenge departments to decrease downtime, reduce scrap, and improve overall production quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing a team and delivering performance metrics
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
