Plant Controller

At Danfoss LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Controller to join our team in Brooklyn, OH. As a key member of our operational leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and acting as a business partner to multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and annual reporting for the plant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate annual budgeting activities and develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and operational improvements.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
- Support Business Unit leadership in providing local data insights and cost transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, or financial management.
- Manufacturing accounting background.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge. Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
- Proficient interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
