**Job Summary**

Under general supervision, the Plant Operations Coordinator coordinates and conducts daily plant operations to improve production, maintain costs, and ensure safety.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

* Coordinates and conducts daily plant operations, maintaining inventory for safety and operation supplies.

* Conducts daily production activities, enters finished goods into inventory, and orders supplies as needed.

* May assist with the coordination of workflow and assignments.

* Investigates, reviews, and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

* Creates and submits weekly and month-end reports as requested.

* May provide support and direction to less experienced plant employees.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

This job has no supervisory duties, but may occasionally act as a team lead.
