About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our team in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and trial experience with a proven track record of success.

Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires spending some time in the office and working virtually. As a Corporate Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance defense cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective trial strategies and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • At least 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Jury trial experience is a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
