Shipping Kiosk Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Kiosk Associate to join our team at PrideStaff. As a Shipping Kiosk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, from inventory selection to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull attachments from inventory for order fulfillment.
- Wash attachments and check for any needed repairs.
- Dry attachments and apply touch-up paint as needed to make showroom ready.
- Make repairs to attachments or replace parts as needed.
- Create and apply decals on attachments.
- Apply labels, wrap, band attachments, and weigh before shipping.
- Ensure all shipping items are accurately documented and ready for shipment.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties in the warehouse and keep things organized.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Use computer programs to create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ship items.
- Input accurate information into the Excel carrier worksheet in a timely manner.
- Email carrier dispatches for loads that are ready to ship.
- Print and maintain manuals.
- Load attachments onto flatbed trucks, tractor-trailers, and customer vehicles.
- Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of progressive and relevant work experience in shipping and machinery and parts repair in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using computer programs for shipping and documentation.
- Forklift training and certification or ability to obtain certification required; Skid steer operation experience helpful.
