The Center Supervisor role is pivotal in overseeing Center Managers, operations, sales, and financial aspects within designated areas.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in managing automotive fixed operations or a comparable background in high-volume vehicle processing. Previous experience with fleet companies or other reconditioning centers is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position is $55,000, with compensation based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Ensure that all standards for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety are consistently upheld.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure Center Managers and Dealer Services Coordinators maintain effective daily and weekly communications with dealership management.
  • Create and sustain a work environment where employees have the necessary tools, resources, training, and support to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with all Accounts Payables/Receivables.
  • Review and approve all payroll and bonus targets by established deadlines.
  • Authorize supply orders and guide associates on budgeted usage.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Center Managers to establish and review goals and expectations.
  • Ensure all centers are functioning effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Teams to ensure adequate staffing for current and new business needs.
  • Ensure that locations, visits, and calls are documented in the CRM.
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and terminations.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of new products, policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with all assigned Center Managers and dealer clients.
  • Provide essential data and updates to Executive Management promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Automotive service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude.
The compensation for this role is:

$55,000 USD per year.
