Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by suggesting products, promoting sales, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
