Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric services to minors in an outpatient child psychiatric clinic and pediatric emergency room. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing all administrative and regulatory aspects of the department, supervising and teaching residents and NP's, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric services to minors in an outpatient child psychiatric clinic and pediatric emergency room
- Manage all administrative and regulatory aspects of the department
- Supervise and teach residents and NP's
- Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Board Eligible in Child Psychiatry
- Completion of an approved Psychiatry residency training program in both Adult and Child Psychiatry
- MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine
- Prior leadership experience with residents and NP's
- License to practice medicine in the State of NY
- Annual Base Salary: $272,000 based on a 40-hour work week
- Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
