Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist

As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist at Delta Companies, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly. Additionally, you will receive:
- CME: $3,000 + 5 days
- Malpractice: 100% paid
- PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time (accrues yearly)
- Relocation: Assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
- Sign-on bonus: Yes
- Student loan Repayment: Assistance with PSLF, dependent on eligibility

As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- 50% Academic, Teaching, building C&A program
- 50% Clinical: Coverage/oversight of C&A Outpatient Department, 10 bed IP Unit (IP director onsite), Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs, and some travel to school districts if needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board Certification in C&A
- 5+ years post-residency experience
- 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
- Track record of teaching and research involvement, Publication, and academic experience
