Tact Staff is seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Oncology for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview

This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide care in a dynamic environment. The position involves:

  • Specialty: Oncology

Job Details

The travel nurse will work a 36-hour week with 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing care in a medical oncology unit with BMT overflow
  • Handling various patient cases including new leukemia inductions and multiple transfusions
  • Floating to other inpatient oncology units as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • 1.5 years of acute inpatient care experience
  • ACLS/BLS/CHEMO certifications
  • Experience with PCU and inpatient oncology
  • Skills in managing central lines, infusion pumps, and tele monitoring
