RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care & Service:
Enhance and restore patients' health by executing the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; perform various treatment procedures; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, their families, and friends; oversee assigned team members.
Medication Administration & Reporting:
Administer medications and communicate relevant reports, both written and verbal, to appropriate staff according to departmental protocols.
Documentation:
Ensure accurate, relevant, and complete documentation using computerized medical record systems.
Preparation:
Ensure clinical areas are adequately supplied and that examination rooms are stocked and ready for use.
EDUCATION:
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Medium Work
- Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components.
