FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations. Key responsibilities include project setup, permits and special regulations, documentation controls, jobsite specific safety manual, project labor work plans, project schedule, monthly billings and projections, subcontractors, material purchasing, rental equipment, BIM process, pipe fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, change orders, and project closeouts.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficient project management skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, and Lean Six Sigma a plus.
Education and Experience:
Three or more years of related experience required, degree in Construction or Engineering preferred, and mechanical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, and able to travel as needed.
