Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. This role is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing a positive experience for patients checking in for appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients and their families
  • Collect co-pays and obtain insurance information
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Process referrals and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills required
