  • Cash Handling: Responsible for proper cash handling, including deposits, petty cash, and change funds, in accordance with the Food Accounting Manual.
  • Supply Management: Order food and other necessary supplies from approved sources or purveyors to ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demands.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for customers and staff.
  • Staff Development: Help select and orient employees, oversee staff training in areas of responsibility, and issue written and oral instructions to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
