  • Engage in all facets of event food preparation.
  • Ensure efficient food flow during events.
  • Acquire necessary licenses and certifications for food handling.
  • Interact with guests, clients, and team members with professionalism.
  • Document food arrangements for promotional purposes.
  • Consistently uphold event and company standards.
  • Efficiently prepare and store food items.
  • Complete mandatory training for daily operational duties.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Comprehensive understanding of banquet/event operations and food-related protocols. Expertise in culinary techniques, quality assurance, and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma is required; Culinary degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
