Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this role include:
- Overseeing operational, merchandising, and administrative tasks within the store.
- Leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Managing store opening and closing procedures.
- Enhancing sales performance through superior customer service and data analysis.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of merchandise categories such as apparel, outdoor equipment, footwear, fitness, and general athletics is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by store operations.
