About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and manage programs supporting the Cybersecurity and Information Systems Audit (CISA) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet the government's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all services and products.
  • Translate complex concepts and solutions into deliverables ranging from standard operating procedures, project management plans, and other guidance documents to PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, emails, job-aids, checklists, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and provide recommendations for improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts related to client-specific or mission-critical challenges and issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation pertaining to program activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to define needs and problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, offering strategic advice and recommending solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data and create visualizations to inform leadership decision making.
Requirements
  • Over 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, leading similar large complex programs, consulting with DHS senior level executives, managing and supervising staff, leading multi-disciplinary teams on performance-based programs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Master's Degree
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to maintain or obtain DHS Suitability is required.
  • Recent and similar DHS experience is preferred.
  • PMP or PMI certification is required.
  • Experience in data analysis and providing strategic and technical guidance.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills are a must.
