Job Title: Deputy Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager to join our team at TechFlow, Inc. As a key member of our Platform Services team, you will play a critical role in the execution of large complex customer programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to execute program(s) and achieve technical, cost, and schedule program/contract requirements.
  • Identify and solve problems in a dynamic environment, and lead customer/continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage program governance processes and deliverables to support customer and internal program requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior business and technical leaders to develop a strategic vision and success plan for the PMO organization.
  • Oversee subcontractor interactions/management/reporting, and ensure performance of various subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Management.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and 3+ years of experience in logistics management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent customer service skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to travel 10% every other month to Northern Virginia for customer meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Understanding of CMMS ticketing systems and field maintenance.
