As a Service Engineer in the Phoenix area, you will deliver exceptional customer service through on-site installations and oversee the diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems. You will manage the installation and maintenance of Liquid and Dry Ozone, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), and Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) products for significant accounts across the United States.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer support through the execution of on-site installations, servicing, and repairs of intricate equipment and systems.
  • Verifying and approving the operational quality of system equipment.
  • Acting as the company representative with clients on both administrative and technical issues for assigned projects.
  • Ensuring the operational quality of system equipment.
Qualifications You Bring:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent; with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Semiconductor experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Integrity, ethical conduct, and the ability to earn the trust of others.
  • Robust analytical, business, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive approach to problem-solving.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
