Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on sales and support.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
