Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Line Associate to uphold the quality that has been cherished by every Fannie May customer for over a century.


Compensation:

$17.00 per hour. This position is for the first shift, and availability for overtime is required.


Key Responsibilities:

Line Associates may be tasked with operating various equipment, including shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing machinery, box taping devices, and scales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up the production line.
  • Maintaining line sanitation and ensuring proper cleanup at the end of the shift.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Verifying that all labels are accurate and that candies meet our high standards for color, size, shape, weight, gloss, and decoration.
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned, which may involve working in other areas as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Basic understanding of arithmetic and reading comprehension to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods, with frequent manual tasks.
