Per Diem RN Home Health Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a per diem home health nurse. As a per diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

As a per diem RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to clients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures. You will also monitor clients' conditions, report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with doctors' orders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Qualifications:
- Current License: A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
- Experience: A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior Home Care Experience: Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Education: Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and ability to travel to cases as assigned
