Commercial Generator Sales Professional

About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch sales and service expertise to our customers. Your primary objectives will be to engage with potential customers, provide detailed product information, and coordinate project schedules efficiently. You will also analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions using your strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in pre-sales activities to educate customers about our products and services
- Schedule site visits for the sales team to assess customer needs
- Coordinate project timelines, including invoicing, equipment allocation, communication with customers, and scheduling technicians and sub-contractors
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably an associate's degree and relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment
Compensation: $20.50 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the base rate. Benefits include medical insurance after a 90-day probationary period and retirement plan options.
