Job Description: We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Carolina Energy Systems LLC. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial generator sales, from initial contact to successful project completion. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, provide product details and service information, and coordinate project schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in pre-sales activities to provide tailored solutions to potential customers
- Schedule site visits for the sales team to assess customer needs
- Coordinate project timelines, including invoicing, equipment allocation, communication with customers, and scheduling technicians and sub-contractors
- Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions using your organizational skills

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably an associate's degree and basic experience in related fields
- Strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment

Compensation: $21.75 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the base rate. Benefits include medical insurance after a 90-day probationary period and retirement plan options.
