Job Summary

Fairstead is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our property and will provide administrative support to our on-site team. You will be responsible for handling the flow of people through the property and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and files.
  • Prepare and type letters, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Track visits and calls, and ensure that all communication is handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in taking work requests and expediting their completion, and maintain records as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all office supplies are properly inventoried.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • One year of office assistant or customer service experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates.
  • Adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for deliverables.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
  • Strong written and oral skills.
  • Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
