Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a positive experience for our customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and maintain a large customer base within a designated route, ensuring that all customers receive their products on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Upsell and promote our products to existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow our customer base.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities, ensuring that all products are delivered and customers are satisfied.
  • Protect company assets, including equipment and customer payments, by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license and meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 66 lbs.
