- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage inventory and balance daily route activities, ensuring that all products are delivered and customers are satisfied.
- Protect company assets, including equipment and customer payments, by following all company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license and meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
- Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 66 lbs.
