About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AUC Group, LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Wastewater Treatment Plants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement activities and manage fabricators and vendors to support project execution.
  • Responsible for quality assurance programs of fabricators.
  • Work in a team environment with sales estimators to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project installation and timeline models using Microsoft Office Project, utilizing scope of work to define objectives of each milestone.
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Communicate and report issues to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage relationships with general contractors, project engineers, and clients.
  • Implement job site safety consistent with OSHA requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
  • Solid background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in managing people, processes, vendors/fabricators in a construction environment.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly desired.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in managing project coordinators or project administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred B.A. or B.S. in the field of engineering, construction management, or commensurate.
  • Qualified work experience in Wastewater Treatment Plants or similar.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the construction industry or comparative projects requiring similar management at all levels of implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Project, and Bluebeam is preferred.
