Cultivation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Curaleaf. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and productivity of our plants.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong passion for plant care and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our cultivation leadership to plan and execute daily growing activities, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to company policies.

• Work collaboratively with cultivation leadership to develop and implement production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized grow room environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control climate conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure plant health and detect any potential issues.
• Perform tasks such as cloning, pruning, and harvesting to promote healthy plant growth.
• Assist with inventory management, data entry, and tracking systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
