We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cannabis Facility Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Curaleaf. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $17-$18.25 USD per hour, based on Maryland state minimum wage requirements.

Job Description

This role involves using chemicals in proper concentration according to company guidelines, properly labeling and maintaining all chemicals, periodically cleaning walls, offices, restrooms, storage areas, and furniture. You will also be responsible for completing non-routine cleaning tasks as specified in job orders, removing garbage and recycling daily, and preparing bins for weekly pick-up. In addition, you may handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The capacity to take direction and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to organize and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to display professional etiquette and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
