Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality services in water damage restoration, tarping, board-up, mold removal, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation in accordance with industry standards and under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
- Maintain a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of company vehicles and equipment.
- Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
- Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles when necessary.
