Technical Support Specialist II

As a Technical Support Specialist II at ACL Digital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assist end-users in resolving hardware and software issues through telephone calls and email communication. You will diagnose problems, perform troubleshooting activities, and document and track issues to facilitate timely resolutions. This role requires a strong understanding of established guidelines and instructions, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or area is required, along with an associate's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will be able to work under immediate supervision and be comfortable with the idea of relying on established procedures to perform daily job functions.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field
