Salary: $27.40 Per Hour (Estimated)
About the Job:
The Data Integrity Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). This position oversees and validates data entered by program staff and HMIS Specialists, conducts regular audits, and corrects errors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training users on the HMIS system, assisting with program funder audits, and generating reports to support program management.
Responsibilities:
- Validates data entered into HMIS through spot checks and regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Oversees HMIS Specialists and program staff efforts to ensure database consistency with hardcopy records and other logs.
- Runs regular progress reports and creates customized reports as required by the Program Manager.
- Ensures HMIS data is uploaded to funder's database monthly.
- Coordinates with program staff to ensure HMIS intake requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-year experience operating/maintaining a database
