Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments for patients with developmental and behavioral difficulties
- Administer autism diagnostic testing and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in developmental and behavioral pediatrics
- Board certification in pediatrics and additional subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics
- 3+ years of residency training in pediatrics
- Current DEA license and unrestricted license to practice in California
- Experience working with underserved populations and ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient groups
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use electronic medical records
- A competitive salary range of $235,000 - $255,000
