About the Role

This position involves providing primary care services to pediatric patients, with a focus on outpatient care. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $275,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:

  • A generous sign-on bonus of $20,000
  • Relocation assistance to cover moving costs
  • Four weeks of paid time off per year, increasing to five weeks after five years of service
  • An annual CME allowance of $2,500
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in pediatrics or family medicine
  • At least two years of experience in primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
