Position Overview

The MRI Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. This position is vital for ensuring accurate diagnostic imaging under the supervision of a Radiologist, adhering to established departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures on various anatomical regions including soft tissues, the arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, utilizing contrast media as necessary.
  • Adjust imaging parameters to optimize the quality of the studies conducted.
Certification Requirements
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Active ARRT Certification
Experience and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in MRI technology.
  • Graduate of an accredited AMA program.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR).
  • Possess a valid State License as a general radiographer.
Work Schedule

Shift: Mids 1 PM - 9 PM
