Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform complex administrative, confidential, office management, and project management duties for the Property Management Department and Home Forward.
  • Supervise assigned staff and assist other departments with similar functions that support the organization.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Home Forward staff and the public regarding Home Forward policies and procedures.
  • Address applicant or resident concerns that come through our centralized communication points.
