Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care across various skilled nursing centers. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $35 per hour and flexible scheduling options, including both 8 and 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for both patients and their families.
  • Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
  • Provide direct patient care and oversee the care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Work a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend, or opt for full-time hours based on shift availability.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program is required.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication with patients and visitors.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
