Join our dynamic float nursing team where you can create a schedule that accommodates your lifestyle based on our availability. We are currently offering Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) float nursing pool positions at various affiliated skilled nursing facilities within a designated area. Candidates are expected to work a minimum of two (2) shifts weekly, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on available shifts.
Shifts available: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. We provide shift differentials of $2.
  • Candidates must be open to working between multiple facilities.
As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide effective and compassionate nursing care while striving for positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include performing various patient care tasks and related non-professional services essential for the comfort and personal needs of our patients.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program is mandatory.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language is essential for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
  • Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn is required.
