Position: Coatings Production Associate
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7am - 3:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to batch specifications to produce designated products
- Precisely measure raw materials and combine ingredients
- Operate machinery for production processes
- Record procedures and input data into the ERP system
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and uphold a tidy workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- 3-12 months of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and computer proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-focused with fundamental math abilities
Work Environment:
This position involves standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 100 lbs. Personal protective equipment is required.
